For nearly two decades, Xatlí has worked across K–12 and higher education in Colombia and the United States, helping leaders turn good intentions into learning environments where every voice matters.
Today, she supports state education agencies through the WIDA Consortium, bringing together strategy, policy, professional learning, and a deeply human belief: language is not a barrier to overcome—it is a strength to build from.
